It is becoming increasingly difficult to keep up with the speed of technology. In a society that expects us to always to be up to date and upgraded, like the latest iPhones the idea of slowing down or pausing seems to go against the norm. As a creative and as someone who is collaborating and working in the creative industry often the pressure to efficiently produce and to come up with something new or unheard of is strongly felt. As the world becomes more and more digitized and time and space is condensed to a computer screen it feels as if we are racing towards our exhaustion or becoming exhausted while racing. Our bodies are connected to nature and like nature we work differently than technology, and our rhythm of production is more natural and fragmented.During the lockdown sources of production came to a halt, and it was as if someone pressed pause on the market and the economy. But did we pause? How did this pause influence our own productivity? It is through human error that we learn.
